DistroBuddy is now part of Latigo Music Group.

Latigo Music Group was founded by Jay Angel Latigo in 2017. Over the years, We gained millions of streams, iTunes Charted #2 in Sweden with "I Tried Im Sorry) and gained over 10-15M streams combined platforms since 2018.

In 2020-2021 Latigo Music Group and GT Digital Distribution partnership for Latigo Music Artists until a contract and internal disputes which resulted in termination of EMPIRE services and distribution pipeline. In Late 2021, Latigo Music Group and SDYP Digital enters a partnership agreement that will last until 2025.

In July 2025, SDYP Digital ends DistroDirect contract and we shut down Latigo Music Distribution.

In August 2025, Latigo Music Group and DistroBuddy enters a multi year distribution partnership deal that benefits former SDYP Digital members and those who left a record label or distribution company. Today, we proud to present the new name for Latigo Music Distro.
